ARTC INFOContact:
[email protected] The Association of Rural Town Councils (ARTC) is comprised of fourteen member councils that represent rural communities across the unincorporated areas of Northern Los Angeles County. Town councils seek to represent their constituents with regard to local, county, regional, and state issues, and provide an exchange for information regarding their governance. Each of our communities enjoys surroundings both diverse and unique to rural areas across the Antelope Valley, and ARTC efforts are focused upon preservation of rural lifestyle through planning that supports low density housing and low intensity uses that maintain rural community character, protect biological resources, and supports actions and activities that promote safety, health, enjoyment of one’s property, and well being of residents. |
